Our Story: Inspired by Strength & History

Our roots are in Birmingham, Alabama, and our name is inspired by the historical significance of Red Mountain. Named for its rich iron ore deposits that were foundational to industry, Red Mountain represents strength, resilience, and resourcefulness.

Inspired by this landmark, RedMt AI is built on a similar foundation. We provide the solid groundwork and essential tools for businesses ready to innovate and build their own future with artificial intelligence.

    As a co-founder of RedMt. AI, Josh brings a unique ability to dissect any complex process, breaking it down to its core components to find opportunities for innovation. With an intense focus and a passion for learning, he has been immersed in generative AI before its explosion into the mainstream. This deep, hands-on experience allows him to offer clients cutting-edge solutions built on a profound understanding of AI's potential.

    Complementing his technical expertise, Josh possesses strong business acumen. He understands the importance of a healthy bottom line and emphasizes cost-effective solutions and measurable outcomes for every client. He believes in the principle of "what gets measured, gets managed" and applies it to ensure AI integration delivers real-world value.

    When he's not revolutionizing businesses, Josh lives and breathes AI. He uses it to build custom software for his daily life and even enjoys diving into the intricate world of factory and process simulations, a testament to his passion for efficiency and optimization.

With a background in mining production and contracts, as well as bulk transportation (barge, rail, truck), and commercial construction, Robert has spent years managing complex projects and building businesses that thrive on precision and execution.

    Robert’s deep experience on the business side is matched by his passion for innovation. He follows the evolution of artificial intelligence closely, recognizing its potential to transform how companies handle redundant and repetitive tasks. His focus is on solving real-world problems by streamlining processes that slow businesses down, empowering both owners and employees to work smarter, not harder.

    Outside of RedMt. AI, Robert invests in what matters most, his family and community. He coaches his three children in baseball and softball, stays active at Cahaba Park Church, and brings the same leadership and thoughtfulness to his personal life that he offers to clients. His commitment to continuous improvement, both professionally and personally, is what makes him a trusted partner in driving meaningful change.
